I hereby give free consent, of my own will and in my interest, to “SENS IT” Ltd. (119607, Moscow, v. Ramenki Municipal District, b-r Ramensky, d. 1, p. 1) and persons acting on his behalf (hereinafter – Operator), to be processed by means of automation and/or without the use of such means, that is, to collect my personal data, record it, systematize it, accumulate it, store it, update it (update, change), extract it, use it, transfer it (provision, access), blocking, deletion, destruction of my personal data indicated in my resume and/or questionnaire sent to the Operator by me personally or received by the Operator from public and/or open information resources (including social networks, services of publication of vacancies, job search and selection of personnel), as well as from the referrers I have indicated.
List of processed personal data:
- Surname, first name, patronymic, sex;
- “Cookie” visitors to the site;
- Contact details (phone, email);
- Date and place of birth;
- Citizenship information;
- Education information;
- Profession, qualification, position;
- Family status, family composition;
- Passport data;
- Address of residence;
- Military information;
- Information about awards, rewards, honours;
- Social status information;
- Data of pension, health insurance, INH, SNCC;
- Employment information, work experience;
- Photography.
The purpose of processing personal data:
- Consideration of my application as a candidate to fill the vacant position with the Operator and/or Operator’s partners or inclusion of my application in the Operator’s personnel pool;
- Interacting with me using various channels of communication, including questions about the relevance of my personal data, availability of interesting vacancies, projects, proposals from the Operator and/ or its partners;
- Collection and processing of statistics for market analysis, troubleshooting, system improvement and improvement of machine learning models.
In order to carry out the above-mentioned purposes, the Operator is entitled to transfer my personal data to its counterparties (customers/ potential customers), interested in hiring me as an employee or in engaging me as an executor under a civil law contract. The operator has the right to involve third parties in the processing of personal data (provided that the third party complies with the data confidentiality regime and other conditions that must be included in the contract with such third party in accordance with the requirements of Russian law) by instructing these persons to process personal data and (or) by receiving my personal data from third parties and transmitting personal data to third parties without requesting the processing of personal data. Such third parties may include, in particular:
- Affiliated with the Operator persons (in the meaning of the concept, defined art. 9 of the Federal Law of 26.07.2006 No 135 – FS “On the protection of competition”);
- Counterparties (customers) of the Operator and (or) counterparties (customers) affiliated with the Operator, the purchase and use of products (goods, works, services) of which is necessary to achieve the intended purposes of processing personal data, in particular hosting providers.
This consent shall be effective from the date of signature and shall be valid for a period of ten years, unless otherwise provided by applicable law or agreement between me and the Operator.
This consent may be revoked by submitting a written statement, which can be sent to the address of the Operator indicated at the beginning of the document or to the e-mail address inbox@sense-it.ru.
