Technical assessment candidates
Interviews are conducted by Senior/Lead-level IT specialists working on SENSE Group client projects, or engaged by us on an ongoing basis.
The list of questions is prepared taking into account the specifics of the vacancy and is coordinated with the HR manager/leader of the clients team.
Video recordings of interviews, as well as skill checklists are sent to the client along with candidates resumes.
This format also helps to evaluate the candidates soft-skills and save time for the client’s team.
As part of IT recruitment, we provide technical assessment services for specialists during video interviews lasting from 20-60 minutes.
